ElectusPeople Work Health and Safety (WHS) Statement

At ElectusPeople, we are committed to providing and maintaining a safe, healthy, and inclusive working environment for all employees, contractors, clients, labour hire workers, and visitors. We recognise that effective health and safety management is fundamental to our success and are dedicated to fulfilling our obligations under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (QLD) and aligning with the principles of ISO 45001:2018, particularly Clause 5.2.  

Our organisation is focused on preventing work-related injuries and illnesses by eliminating hazards and reducing WHS risks through a structured and proactive risk management approach. We integrate WHS into all business decisions and planning processes, ensuring that health and safety remain core to our operational culture.  

We actively consult with and encourage the participation of workers at all levels, empowering them to report hazards, incidents, and near misses without fear of reprisal. ElectusPeople management demonstrates visible WHS leadership and takes accountability for the performance and continuous improvement of our WHS management system. Appropriate resources are allocated to support this commitment, including training, monitoring, and performance evaluation.  

ElectusPeople also places a strong emphasis on client and contractor safety by pre-qualifying partners, delivering comprehensive inductions, and ensuring shared WHS responsibilities are clearly understood and upheld. We monitor performance and compliance on all ElectusPeople-managed sites.  

Mental health, wellbeing, and psychosocial safety are integral to our WHS strategy. We are committed to providing a respectful, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture free from bullying, harassment, and aggression. Reports of unacceptable behaviour will be handled promptly, confidentially, and fairly.  

We will continue to monitor our WHS performance through audits, inspections, incident investigations, and measurable indicators, driving continual improvement through corrective and preventive actions.  

Everyone at ElectusPeople has a role to play in maintaining a safe work environment. This statement reflects our shared responsibility to uphold the highest standards of health and safety for ourselves, our colleagues, and our clients.  

This WHS Statement will be reviewed annually or following any significant change, incident, or legislative update.
