Our screening and compliance standards
Personal Care Workers
Hold a minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care), or have completed at least their first year of a Bachelor of Nursing Degree, with:
- Minimum one year of employment in an aged care work setting
- Current National Australian Police Check
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate from an Australian RTO
- Immunisation requirements, including flu and COVID-19 vaccinations
Registered Nurses
Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), with at least one year of full-time equivalent post-graduate aged care experience, plus:
- CPR certification with an Australian RTO
- Current National Australian Police Check
- Immunisation requirements, including flu and COVID-19 vaccinations

What qualifications do your carers and nurses hold?
Personal Carers hold a minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) plus police check, First Aid and CPR, and immunisations. Registered Nurses hold current AHPRA registration with at least one year of aged care experience.
Can you supply permanent staff, not just casuals?
Yes. We recruit for casual shifts, short and long-term contracts, and permanent roles from frontline carers through to clinical and facility management.
