2010
ElectusPeople was established as a Brisbane recruitment agency with a vision to deliver faster, better hiring for clients while also ensuring a positive experience for jobseekers.

2013
We expanded our services to include career development seminars, giving individuals the tools to identify their most marketable talents and improve their employability.
2016
In response to growing demand for skilled labour in aged care, ElectusPeople introduced frontline labour hire for nursing and personal care workers. We also partnered with Queensland Jobactive service providers to deliver pre-placement training. Since 2016, these workshops have opened the door to employment for more than 300 jobseekers.
2019
ElectusPeople successfully tendered to deliver industry specific training through the Department of Employment, Small Business and Training’s Launch into Work program. Delivered with a local aged care provider and an RTO, the eight week program combined selected units from the Certificate III in Individual Support with practical work experience.
2020
As the COVID-19 pandemic impacted the community, ElectusPeople was nominated as an emergency workforce provider to operators of residential aged care facilities.
2022
We extended our reach to provide staff relief for aged care providers in rural Queensland, including the Western Downs. Since then we have assigned nurses and care staff to facilities in Roma, Chinchilla, Tara, Tarcoola, Allora and Miles.
2024
ElectusPeople committed to facilitating nationally recognised First Aid and CPR training, in response to a growing need to help aged care employers meet their compliance requirements.
2025
ElectusPeople was approved to join the Local Buy register of pre-qualified and compliant suppliers to local government. This opened a new pathway to support procurement objectives for councils across Queensland.
2026
ElectusPeople opened a second office in Sydney, extending the same service model our Brisbane recruitment agency has run since 2010 to employers across New South Wales.

Fiona’s early background in education and vocational training shaped her belief in continuous learning, and in the idea that the right hire is about more than experience. She applies psychology, rigorous screening and industry insight to find the best match between employer and candidate.
