Career coaching in Australia typically costs between $150 and $300 per hour. Our sessions start at $65 for an initial 45 minute consult and $75 for individual sessions at the early career level. Executive coaching sessions are $265. We keep prices lower because coaching sits alongside our recruitment work, not on top of it.

Yes. All coaching sessions are available online by video, so you can work with us from anywhere in Australia. If you are in Brisbane or South East Queensland, in-person sessions are also available.

It depends on what you need. If you have a specific challenge, like a career change, a stale resume, or interviews that keep going nowhere, a few targeted sessions usually pay for themselves by shortening your job search. If you are just curious with no goal in mind, save your money until you have one.

Most people get what they need from an initial consult plus a package of four one-hour sessions. Every package starts with a Career Path Review, then you pick the topics that matter to you. Some people only need one session on a single topic, like a resume reset before applying for a specific role.
