2010

ElectusPeople was established with a vision to deliver faster, better recruitment solutions to clients, while also ensuring a positive experience for jobseekers.

2013

ElectusPeople expanded its services to include career development seminars aimed at giving individuals the tools to find their most marketable talents and improve their employability.

2016

In response to an emerging demand for skilled labour in the Aged Care sector, ElectusPeople introduced front line labour hire services for Nursing and Personal Care Workers.

The company also formed partnerships with Queensland Job Active Service Providers to provide pre-placement training for individuals interested in exploring their potential in Aged Care. Since 2016, these workshops have helped open the doors to employment for more than 300 job seekers.

2019

ElectusPeople successfully tendered to deliver industry specific training for job seekers through the Department of Employment, Small Business and Training’s ‘Launch into Work’ program.

In collaboration wtih a local Aged Care Service provider and RTO, this
8-week program consisted of skills-based learning with selected subjects from the Certificate III in Individual Support. It also included practical work experience to ensure participants could work competently in the Aged Care sector.

2020

As the global COVID-19 pandemic impacted the community, ElectusPeople was nominated as an emergency workforce provider to operators of residential aged care facilities.

2022

ElectusPeople expanded its reach to provide staff relief for Aged Care providers in rural locations including Western Downs, Queensland. It has since successfully assigned Nurses and Care staff to facilities in Roma, Chinchilla, Tara, Tarcoola, Allora and Miles.

2024

ElectusPeople made a commitment to facilitate delivery of nationally recognised First Aid and CPR training. This was in response to a growing need to help employers in the Aged Care sector meet compliance needs.
