Now entering a busy period, we seek an enthusiastic individual to support our team with client requests and staff allocations in Aged Care.
About the Role
Working with us, you will respond professionally to incoming calls and emails from clients requesting staff for shifts at their facilities or in community aged care. This will include booking staff via our online scheduling platform and maintaining accurate records. Other duties will include:
This role requires an ASAP start and will commence on 30 hours per week casual (between Monday and Friday). After training you will work 2 days per week from home.
- Responding to shift cancellations and staff availability changes, and updating these changes accurately in our online system
- Supporting where needs, onboarding related tasks including reference checking, compliance and visa/document verification
- Multitasking calls from clients and contractors with scheduling requests
- Efficient phone and email follow up support to clients, contractors and team members
- Providing outstanding customer service to ensure that all stakeholders receive a positive experience with our agency.
Key Requirements:
- Qualifications in a relevant discipline (min Diploma) and,
- Experience in roles with general rostering or scheduling teams (advantageous)
- Office administration skills including use of CRMs or software platforms
- Multi-tasking skills to ensure bookings and allocations are complete
- National Police Check
- An interest in Aged Care
