Key responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership to multidisciplinary care teams
- Promote and uphold the highest Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation
- Be integral to, or contribute to accreditation preparation, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee clinical documentation, incident management, and risk mitigation
- Support workforce development, engagement, and performance management
- Partner with senior leadership to drive care quality and service outcomes
Essential requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Proven clinical nursing experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong assessment, documentation, and care planning skills
- Willingness to travel and work in rural and regional facilitie
Desirable
- Postgraduate qualification in Aged Care, Health Management, or Leadership
- Experience working in regional or rural aged care settings

Location: Locations vary although most will generally require 3-4 hours travel from Brisbane.
