What we are seeking in you:

  • Availability for assignments of at least 1 month
  • Flexibility to work full-time and on-site
  • Proven experience in administration or business support roles, including:
    • Reception
    • Customer service
    • Office coordination
    • Rostering
    • Call centre
  • Advanced technical skills and the confidence to navigate new office systems with minimal training
  • A high attention to detail, with the ability to proofread and spot errors
  • Recent experience in data entry and/or records management systems
  • A professional, polished approach as a first point of contact
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work to deadlines and team expectations
