What we are seeking in you:
- Availability for assignments of at least 1 month
- Flexibility to work full-time and on-site
- Proven experience in administration or business support roles, including:
- Reception
- Customer service
- Office coordination
- Rostering
- Call centre
- Advanced technical skills and the confidence to navigate new office systems with minimal training
- A high attention to detail, with the ability to proofread and spot errors
- Recent experience in data entry and/or records management systems
- A professional, polished approach as a first point of contact
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work to deadlines and team expectations
