EA to CEO | ASAP Start | Potential Permanent Opportunity
Are you an experienced EA who knows how to become a trusted right hand to a senior executive?
An experienced Executive Assistant is needed to support the CEO of a leading organisation in the residential aged care sector during an important period of organisational transformation and operational change.
This is an ASAP temporary assignment, with the potential to progress into a permanent opportunity.
The opportunity
This role will suit an experienced EA who can quickly get across a complex organisation, bring structure to competing priorities and help keep the CEO focused on what matters most.
You will be someone who anticipates what is needed, follows things through and uses sound judgement to keep priorities, people and actions moving.
Where you’ll add value
You will:
Manage changing and sometimes complex schedules, priorities and competing demands with maturity and discretion.
Coordinate meetings, executive communications, correspondence, reports, papers and follow-up actions to a high standard.
Quickly understand the organisational landscape, key relationships, priorities and ways of working.
Confidently navigate technology and digital systems, troubleshoot everyday issues and quickly learn new platforms.
Keep track of important actions and ensure commitments and priorities don’t fall through the cracks.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and make executive support more efficient and effective.
About you
You will bring solid experience supporting a CEO, senior executive or executive leadership team, ideally within aged care, health, not-for-profit or another complex corporate environment.
You are highly organised, calm under pressure and comfortable working in an environment where priorities can shift quickly.
You will also bring strong digital confidence, polished communication skills and the judgement to know when to act, when to escalate and when to protect the executive’s time.
Most importantly, you understand that great executive support goes beyond diary management. You build trust, stay one step ahead and make it easier for a senior leader to operate effectively.
Why this role?
This is an opportunity to step into a meaningful organisation at an important time and make an immediate contribution.
If you enjoy bringing order to complexity, building trusted relationships and being the person an executive can genuinely rely on, we’d love to hear from you.
