This client is looking for this in the full time permanent Clinical Manager role which they are looking to fill at their Gympie facility.
Overseeing all clinical responsibilities across the facility, the Clinical Manager will need to ensure the highest standards of clinical care are upheld for every resident, while fostering a culture of responsiveness, professionalism and continuous care.
Experienced applicants will be able to demonstrate their experience in delivering advanced clinical expertise, and have regulatory knowledge, financial awareness and leadership capability to navigate the site’s multidisciplinary skilled workforce.
Other key criteria for the role:
- AHPRA Registration
- Evidence of demonstrated or emerging leadership excellent in clinical aged care settings
- Advanced knowledge of current accreditation standards and care assessment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with surrounding team and with external senior personnel.
- A flexible and adaptable working style
