We’re currently seeking Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and Assistants in Nursing for a night shift aged care assignment in Nanango, just 2 hours north of Brisbane.
This role sits within a residential aged care setting where, under the new Aged Care Act, facilities require 24/7 Registered Nurse coverage, creating strong and ongoing demand for skilled clinicians.
What You’ll Be Doing
✔ Providing hands-on clinical care to aged care residents
✔ Assessing, planning, and reviewing resident care in line with the Aged Care Act
✔ Safe administration and management of medications
✔ Providing clinical oversight and supporting Personal Care Workers and Assistants in Nursing on shift
✔ Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical documentation
✔ Building trusted relationships with residents, families, and facility staff

What We Need From You
✔ Current AHPRA registration (RN / EN / AIN as applicable)
✔ Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential or community aged care (RN preferred)
✔ Confidence working independently in a clinical aged care environment
✔ Strong clinical judgement for night shift decision-making
✔ Ability to support and guide care staff on shift (PCWs/AINs)
✔ Current Police Check
✔ Current First Aid & CPR certification
✔ COVID-19 vaccination compliance
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
