An experienced Home Care Services Manager is sought to lead the delivery of high-quality in-home care services for our aged care partner. This is a rewarding role for an individual who is committed to improving the lives of older Australians, and improving and maintaining service excellence that reflects expectations in aged care.
With your understanding of home care packages and compliance, you will:
- Lead, support and mentor a team of coordinators and support staff to ensure flow of home care operations.
- Ensure delivery of client outcomes and service quality standards.
- Monitor budgets and operational performance.
Relevant qualifications in Aged Care, Nursing, Community Services, or Management are preferred but not essential.
